Online sales are exploding and continue to grow exponentially year after year. Think of all of the brick and mortar businesses that lost market share as their customers migrated to online ordering. Amazon put companies like Sears that had been around for over 100 years *out of business*.  And it’s not just the big boys.  Any business big or small that fails to offer their customers an easier way to order their products or services will without question lose their revenue to savvy online competitors.
